Your conversation is confidential

Everything you send to Adam, and everything he sends back, is strictly confidential. Your questions and answers are never shared, sold, published or discussed with anyone else. Only Adam reads them. Your conversation is opened through your own private link, and if you open it on a new device we email you a one-time security code first, so nobody else can read your history. You can also lock the conversation with a PIN on your phone, or remove it from your device entirely, at any time.

Who we are

This site is operated by Celebrity Psychic Medium Adam ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information you provide here. You can contact us any time at mediumadam@outlook.com.

What we collect

• Your first name (so Adam can address his answer to you).
• Your email address (to deliver your answer and receipts).
• Your mobile number, if you choose to give one.
• The question you send and Adam's reply.
• Payment confirmation details from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment, deliver your answer, keep your conversation history so you can read past answers, and — only if you have not opted out — to send occasional messages letting you know Adam has a message for you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (delivering the answer you paid for), legitimate interests (keeping records and preventing fraud) and consent (marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Questions and answers are kept so you can revisit your conversation. Payment records are kept for six years as required for accounting. Everything else is deleted when you ask us to, or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To request deletion, email mediumadam@outlook.com from the address you used, with the subject "Delete my data". We will remove your questions, answers and contact details within 30 days and confirm by email.

To stop marketing messages only, use the unsubscribe page or the link at the bottom of any email.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
